ใช้งานผ่านเบราว์เซอร์บนมือถือโดยไม่ต้องติดตั้งแอป ผู้เข้าร่วมประเมินความเสี่ยง ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 5 ข้อ รับคำแนะนำอาหารที่คำนวณจากข้อมูลสุขภาพของตนเอง และบันทึกพฤติกรรมประจำวันเพื่อติดตามความก้าวหน้า พร้อมระบบหลังบ้านสำหรับทีมวิจัย Runs in a mobile browser with nothing to install. Participants are assessed against the five standard criteria, receive nutrition guidance computed from their own health data, and log daily behaviour to track progress — with a back office for the research team.
